We are aware that the cost of instructing a solicitor can be a worry. Here at Bleasdale & Co. Solicitors Limited all costs are discussed at the outset of your case where an agreement can be reached on the level of costs, a fixed fee term agreed if appropriate and a payment plan agreed upon. Various payment methods are offered and regular updates on costs are provided.

Data Protection in Respect of Money Laundering Checks

We may receive personal data from you for the purposes of our money laundering checks, such as a copy of your passport. These will be processed only for the purposes of preventing money laundering and terrorist financing, or as otherwise permitted by law or with your express consent.
