Not guilty verdict on harassment case

Our Mr Thompson represented a Defendant charged with harassment.  The alleged victim had himself been convicted of dangerous driving three years beforehand, when he had run our client off the road.  Against this background, there was a trial where a number of witnesses gave evidence.  The Magistrates found our client not guilty.

Theft case: Not Guilty verdict

Our client was charged with an offence of theft from his employer when he was found to have a number of components manufactured by his employer, in his car.  His Defence was that he had borrowed the items in order to examine them for the purpose of a project he was engaged on.  Having heard the evidence in the case the Magistrates found our client not guilty.
