All areas of criminal matters, either in the Magistrates Court or Crown Court

All criminal charges, no matter how serious, start off in the Magistrates Court. The more serious are transferred to the Crown Court, and for some offences, known as “either-way” offences, Clients can decide themselves to have their cases heard at the Crown Court. We can advise Clients where their case is likely to be heard, and whether they should elect to have their cases dealt with at the Crown Court. We can also tell Clients what penalty they are likely to receive if they are pleading Guilty. If the Client is pleading Not Guilty, we will take him or her step by step through the whole procedure, from the first appearance in Court through to the end of the trial.
