We are looking for a full time experienced Legal Secretary to join our busy Family Law department

Varied and busy role providing a full and comprehensive secretarial support service.

Essential skills: You will be highly organised and competent in dealing with all matters related to keeping good order of client files and ensuring smooth progress for each case. Being a good communicator is key and a personable nature with the ability to speak to clients occasionally via the telephone to keep them informed on progress of their case when necessary.

The successful candidate will have gained depth of experience within Family Law secretarial duties, demonstrates the ability to prioritise your workload efficiently and effectively to ensure a consistently high quality of secretarial support is provided.

This coupled with comprehensive IT skills (MS Office packages) and regarded as an effective team player are pre-requisite.

Desired skills: Accounts experience
