Breaches Of Community Penalties

Some offences carry Community Penalties, which can be Supervision Orders, Unpaid Work Orders, or Electronically Monitored Curfew Orders (often referred to as “ tags”). The consequences of breaching Community Orders can be serious, and we can guide Clients through this potentially difficult procedure.
